After upgrading to Internet Explorer 8 you get the error: An unhandled win32 exception occurred in iexplore [4992]

I recently updated my Internet Explorer to Internet Explorer 8. Once I completed the upgrade it complained the some of my programs installed didn't work well with IE8. One of these, was Skype.
The solution to this problem was to update to the latest version of Skype. However when I completed the update of Skype I always got the same error while openning IE:

An unhandled win32 exception occurred in iexplorer [4992]

If you are getting the same error try uninstalling the web features of Skype.

Go to Control Panel
Then go to Programs and features
Find Skype we features and uninstall it.

This should make your problem go away.

Can't remember password for the XBox parental control?

Here is the solution:

Since there could be instances where you entered in a parental code months ago, and now can't remember it or, you may have purchased a used XBOX, and you never knew the code to begin with here is how you can reset the parental controls lock:

From the XBOX dashboard screen, go to settings and then parental control.
When prompted for the password, perform the following sequence using the XBOX controller: X, Y, Left Trigger, X.
Enter in a new password, or disable parental control entirely.
The level adjustment under Parental Control dictates the strictness of the player. The system will playback games and movies rated at the level of the slider and below.

Leapster2 touchscreen doesn't work

It took me a while to find in the web why the touchscreen of my son's Leapster2 had stopped working So I am posting the solution I found on the LeapFrog site. It works like a charm:

Question:
Why doesn't my Leapster2 respond to the stylus pen?

Answer
If your Leapster2 does not respond to the stylus pen, it needs to be calibrated. Calibrating the Leapster2 is easy:

1) Ensure that a cartridge is not inserted
2) Hold down the Hint button while turning the unit on
3) When the LEAPSTER menu screen appears, press the A button
4) Touch each of the crosshairs that appear with the stylus
5) Restart unit
